Appointments

Where do I see my booked appointments?
Booked appointments appear directly on your Google Calendar. You also receive an email notification for each new booking. Check your inbox for emails from Diablo AI with the subject "New Appointment Booked."
I'm not seeing appointments on my calendar
Make sure you're looking at the correct Google Calendar (labeled with your dealership name). Also check your email for booking notifications. If neither is working, contact our support team and we'll check the calendar connection.
What happens if someone doesn't show up?
Our system automatically detects no-shows and sends a friendly follow-up sequence to reschedule. You'll be notified if they rebook. No action needed from your side.
Can I change the available appointment times?
Yes — let us know what changes you'd like (days of the week, hours, blocked dates) and our team will update your calendar settings.

Performance & Results

How do I see how my AI is performing?
You receive a weekly performance report every Monday via email. It shows contacts reached, conversations started, and appointments booked. Check your inbox for emails with the subject "Your Diablo AI Report."
My booking rate seems low
Our team actively monitors performance and optimizes your AI's messaging when needed. If your rate dips below target, we're already working on it. If you have specific feedback, let us know and we'll adjust the approach.

Campaigns & Contacts

I have more contacts to add
Send your new contact list (CSV or Excel) to support@diablo-ai.com or start a chat with our support team. We'll import them and add them to your campaign. Typical turnaround is 1 business day.
Can I run another campaign?
Absolutely. Just let us know and we'll set up a new round. We'll confirm timing, contact count, and any messaging adjustments with you beforehand.
Can I pause the campaign?
Yes — contact our support team and we'll pause it within 1 business day. Just let us know when you want to resume.
Someone asked to stop receiving messages
Contact us immediately with the person's name and phone number. We'll remove them within a few hours. We take opt-outs seriously and comply with all CASL requirements.

Can I change what the AI says?
Yes — our team customizes the AI's messaging for your dealership. Let us know what you'd like to adjust (tone, specific phrases, offers mentioned) and we'll make the changes.
The AI said something incorrect
We're sorry about that. Forward us the conversation details (customer name or phone number) and we'll review and fix the issue immediately.
Can the AI mention our current specials?
Yes — the AI already references your current offers in conversations. If you have new promotions or if offers have changed, let us know and we'll update the AI's knowledge base.
